Mr. Jean Baptiste Romulus has a degree in Public Administration, he works as Program Manager for Ensemble Contre la Corruption, a non-governmental organization made up of eight human rights organizations and other civil society organizations whose objective is to fight corruption and impunity by promoting good governance and good management of resources and public funds for the development of the Haitian people. He is a member of the human rights organization Sant Karl Lévêque (SKL). He is also an economics teacher at the Lycée Anacaona in Léogâne. An important civil society actor, Mr. Romulus has been working for several years in the promotion of human rights, the principles of good governance, in strengthening the capacities of organizations to fight against corruption, in training and raising awareness among young people to become great trainers and whistleblowers in the fight against corruption, in raising awareness among graduating students at the University to write their final dissertation on the theme of corruption with a view to enriching the literature on the theme . His work with ECC led to the production of an Anti-Corruption guide, a material intended for training on the fight against corruption.
