Ensemble Contre la Corruption (ECC) salue la transmission du rapport d’enquête réalisée par l’Unité de Lutte Contre la Corruption (ULCC), relative au scandale de corruption impliquant trois (3) conseillers présidents Smith Augustin, Emmanuel Vertilaire, Louis Gérald Gilles d’une part et l’ancien président du Conseil d’Administration de la Banque Nationale de Crédit (BNC), Raoul Pascal Pierre Louis, d’autre part.
ECC prend note de l’impartialité des investigations qui ont été menées par l’ULCC et qui ont abouti à la mise en cause du dénonciateur Raoul Pascal Pierre Louis, du consul d’Haïti à Santiago Lonick Léandre, aux côtés des trois (3) conseillers présidents fautifs.
